Customer service representatives at Sports Star strive to make customers feel like they have received fair value for their order.
Due to the nature of personalized photo products, refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis. A customer service representative at Sports Star Photography will review the images, provide another photo, suggest a re-shoot or refund the customer. There are no refunds for digital products.
Products purchased through Sports Star Photography may be delivered back to the customer using different methods. For example, for a large league or dance studio, photo packages may be delivered back to the association for distribution or directly to the coaches's home address. Check with your league or dance studio for the time and date photo orders will be distributed to players or parents. Alternatively, there may be a date and location where parents are instructed to pick up their photo packages. Orders placed online and shipped to a customer's home may take up to 10-14 business days, but are generally received in less than a week.
Sports Star Photography reserves the right to ask a customer to return products to its facility. In most cases, printed, customized products from Sports Star Photography are not requested for return.
If a player is unable to attend a scheduled picture time due to illness or personal reasons and has purchased products from Sports Star Photography, that customer will receive a full refund.
